Our services are provided as-is, and we are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost reservations, delayed pickups, or cancellations. By booking a ride, you confirm that all the information you provided is accurate and that you are authorized to make the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible. However, cancellations affect our scheduling and availability. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled trip: Eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours but more than 12 hours before the scheduled trip: Eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made 12 hours or less before the scheduled trip: No refund will be issued.
